TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE MARAI SP. Z O.O. ONLINE STORE

1. General provisions

1.1. The MARAI online store, available at: https://www.marai.pl, is operated by MARAI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Wizjonerów 7/118, 31-356 Kraków, Poland, entered in the National Court Register, KRS: 0001166526, NIP: 6772524203, REGON: 541407760.
1.2. These terms & conditions set out the rules for using the online store, placing orders, performing sale agreements, returns and complaints.
1.3. A customer of the store may be any natural person, legal person or organisational unit with legal capacity and the capacity to perform legal acts.
1.4. Use of the store implies acceptance of these terms & conditions.

2. Placing and processing orders

2.1. Orders may be placed at any time via the store website.
2.2. An order is considered correctly placed once it has been confirmed by the store system.
2.3. The order processing time is 2 to 7 business days counted from the time the payment is credited.
2.4. The customer is required to provide truthful data necessary to fulfil the order.

3. Payments

3.1. The store offers the following payment methods:

3.2. Failure to receive payment within 3 days of placing the order results in its cancellation.

4. Delivery

4.1. Orders are shipped within Poland and to selected EU countries.
4.2. Available delivery methods:

  • InPost Parcel Lockers

4.3. Delivery costs are listed in the "Shipping & Payments" section of the store.
4.4. In the event of damage to a parcel, please draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier.

5. Returns and complaints

5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
5.2. The returned product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging.
5.3. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned shipment at ul. Wizjonerów 7/118, 31-356 Kraków. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer and is 15 PLN; it is deducted from the purchase amount.
5.4. Complaints regarding product defects should be sent to: hello@marai.pl
5.5. Complaints will be processed within 14 calendar days.
5.6. All goods offered by MARAI Sp. z o.o. are new, handmade and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
5.7. The proof of purchase serves as the warranty document.
5.8. In the case of a justified complaint, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Seller.
5.9. Products made of 585 gold made to individual order (including rings in sizes not available in the store), and other products made to the customer's specification, are not eligible for return.

6. Withdrawal from the agreement

6.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
6.2. To withdraw from the agreement, the customer should submit a relevant statement and return the product undamaged, together with the proof of purchase, to ul. Wizjonerów 7/118, 31-356 Kraków.
6.3. Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods at ul. Wizjonerów 7/118, 31-356 Kraków.

7. Personal data protection

7.1. The Controller of personal data is MARAI Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Wizjonerów 7/118, 31-356 Kraków.
7.2. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).
7.3. The customer has the right to access their data, correct it and request its deletion.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The store reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions.
8.2. In matters not regulated by these terms & conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply.
8.3. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the registered office of MARAI Sp. z o.o.
