MARAI SPÓŁKA Z OO ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

1. General provisions

1.1. MARAI online store, available at: https://www.marai.pl , is run by MARAI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Wizjonerów 7/118, 31-356 Kraków, entered into the National Court Register, KRS: 0001166526 , NIP: 6772524203 , REGON: 541407760 .
1.2. These regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, fulfilling sales contracts, returns and complaints.
1.3. The customer of the store may be any natural person, legal person or organizational unit with legal capacity and the capacity to perform legal acts.
1.4. Using the store constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

2. Placing orders and fulfillment

2.1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the store's website.
2.2. The order is considered to have been correctly placed after it has been confirmed by the store system.
2.3. The order processing time is from 2 to 7 working days , counted from the moment of receipt of payment.
2.4. The customer is obliged to provide true data necessary to complete the order.

3. Payments

3.1. The store offers the following payment methods:

3.2. Failure to receive payment within 3 days of placing the order will result in its cancellation.

4. Delivery

4.1. Orders are delivered within Poland and selected EU countries.
4.2. Available shipping methods:

  • InPost parcel lockers

4.3. Shipping costs are specified in the "Shipping and Payments" tab on the store website.
4.4. In the event of damage to the shipment, a damage report must be drawn up in the presence of the courier.

5. Returns and complaints

5.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
5.2. The returned product must not show any signs of use and must be in its original packaging.
5.3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.
5.4. Complaints regarding product defects should be sent to the following e-mail address: hello@marai.pl
5.5. The complaint will be considered within 14 working days.
5.6. All goods offered by MARAI Sp. z o. o. are new, hand-made and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
5.7. The warranty document is the proof of purchase.
5.8. In the event of a justified complaint, the costs of returning the product shall be borne by the Seller.
5.9. Products made of 585 gold, made to individual order and other products made to customer specifications are not subject to returns.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

6.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.2. In order to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should submit an appropriate declaration and return the product in intact condition, together with proof of purchase.
6.3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1. The controller of personal data is MARAI Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Wizjonerów 7/118, 31-356 Kraków.
7.2. Data are processed in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council).
7.3. The Customer has the right to access their data, correct them and request their deletion.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The store reserves the right to change the regulations.
8.2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
8.3. Any disputes will be resolved by the court competent for the seat of MARAI Sp. z o. o.
