Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving the order confirmation e-mail.

You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Deliveries are carried out on business days.

Domestic rates and estimated delivery times

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The standard domestic shipping cost is 15 PLN.

Free shipping

Free local delivery is available on orders over 400 PLN within Poland. For orders below 400 PLN a 15 PLN shipping fee applies.

International shipping

If you would like to order MARAI for delivery abroad, please contact us and we will provide the shipping costs.

How to check your order status

After your order ships you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that lets you check the parcel status.

If you do not receive your order within 4 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at: shop@marai.pl, providing your name and order number — we'll take care of it.

Returns
